A homage to the Italian cult of coffee, Duo is all about expressing the love of this cult drink in all its forms. Its owners are apparently very knowledgeable about coffee and very thoughtful about making the best cup for every guest.

The space has lots of natural light and an excellent view of the Pavel Morozov garden. The interior here screams minimalism and is ready to be Instagrammed with its turquoise floor and white walls.

Duo is outfitted with top-quality coffee-making equipment and uses specialty coffee beans thoroughly selected by some of the best Ekaterinburg baristas. Alternatively brewed coffee, a computerized water hardness control system – you can tell how serious they are both about the coffee-making craft from A to Z.

Deserts on the menu include eclairs, biscotti, honey cake, and a couple of Soviet classics. Snacks and sandwiches are slated to make an appearance soon. Quality Chinese teas and tea-based lemonades are worthy alternatives, but coffee is at the heart of this place, which feels like an equally suitable location for work or some down time.
