This daring call defines the concept and the name ‘Yesh Hleb’ of a restaurant opened in the centre of Moscow at the territory of art cluster Red October.

The highlight of the restaurant is a craft fresh bread which is baked right at the place. While in mass production variety of chemical supplements is used to make the baking faster and cheaper, in the restaurant ‘Yesh Hleb’ you’ll find only honest attitude to the process of bread creation.

All visitors have the opportunity to prove that it is true: the kitchen is located behind the glass wall, so you can watch how your bread is being baked.
The menu is based on the European and traditional Russian cuisine. But almost all the dishes are connected with bread, one way or another: bread can be one of the ingredients, accompany a dish or even be used as a plate!

For example, here you can taste famous tuscan bread soup or classical Czech soup-goulash which is served in bread plate. Buns for burgers are also made here in restaurant, as well as Italian pasta.

Each dish is supplemented with a basket full of different bread varieties: both traditional ones, and season novelties, and with butter. You may not know about that, but there are a lot of bread types in the world! And you can explore new and original ones in ‘Yesh Hleb’. Also, gluten-intolerant people can order non-gluten bread baked in a separate department.
