Stefan Burger has 2 locations in central Rostov offering much more than just a patty and a bun. Both spots are located in the bustling historical streets, amid vintage architecture, mini-parks, cafes, and shops. Pushkinskaya street and Soborny shouldn’t be missed for their character and charm. Grab your camera and enjoy the vibrant summer city life.
As soon as you get hungry, Stefan Burger is your place to demolish an excellent burger with a couple rounds of craft beer. You will especially appreciate their terrace on a warm evening, just perfect to chill outside and people watch as the sunset colors the sky.
We love the dashing spirit of the place blending with the lively downtown vibes. No wonder they were the most-anticipated opening in 2016. At lunchtime and in the evening it can get packed, so it’s a good idea to reserve a table in advance. If you didn’t, it’s not the end of the world — get on the waiting list at the door and their friendly staff will call you as soon as they can sit you down.
The menu will present you with a difficult choice of 10 beastly stacked burgers. The iconic burger here is called (wait for it…!) Stefan (≈$6): two marble beef patties, cheese and bacon. The largest on the menu is Butcher from Bochum (≈$10) with three juicy patties for a wild appetite.
Sultry Lily (≈$5) is a sizzling babe with chicken, tender mozzarella and sweet and sour chili sauce. This burger is not too spicy though, and if your taste buds are asking for a burn go for Hot Bastian (≈$5) enhanced with jalapeño and chef’s fervor.
Bremen Fisherman (≈$7) is a fantastic combination of shrimps, avocado sauce, balsamic sauce in a black bun. Definitely worth a try, especially for those who are after something original or use #foodporn in their Instagram.
Vegetarian Günther (≈$4) is possibly the best veggie burger in town. Fried vegetables, mushrooms and balsamic sauce – a deceptively simple burger with awesome flavor and texture. Top it with fried mozzarella (+$1).
All the home-baked buns here are seasoned with sesame and pumpkin seeds. To accessorize your burger order craft beer, apple cider (≈$6), or tap beer (≈$3-4) and add extra delicious potatoes (≈$1.5) and your favorite sauce (≈$1).
They also do have something called a “salad”, but that’s not what you’ll be lusting after. A burger for any mood and appetite in a central location and stylish set-up, sounds like a hit with no miss.
