Authentic atmosphere, decent food and a jug of good beer — if that’s your idea of a perfect night out with friends, hit the Shannon Irish Pub, next to Gorky Park in Samara. As it should be, the bar is the centerpiece of the venue. For your round of drinks you get to pick from Irish, Dutch, Belgian, Czech, English beers, a good selection of whiskey from Scotland, Ireland, India, America, and Japan, along with vodka, tequila, grappa, rum, absinthe, cognac, brandy, elite wines, not to mention all sorts of cocktails (even alcohol-free).
The pub serves European and Irish dishes, like beef steak Denver with grilled corn and chipotle sauce (≈$14), or pork leg fried to a golden crust with garlic and mustard (≈$16), the traditional Leprechaun gold pot — delicious slices of lamb with vegetables (≈$8), or seabass fillet baked in parchment with tomatoes, green beans, bell pepper and Chimichurri sauce (≈$12). Kids menu, take-out and delivery are available too.
They’ve got all the usual entertainment like sports events broadcast, some dancing in the evening and some darts to shoot.
